I'm hoping you'll love your pom'd piece(s) as much as I do! Just a heads up though, due to the personal nature of pom’d, and as the shop finds its bearings, returns and exchanges will not be offered.

Being a solo team, I'll be able to utilize my time more efficiently by prioritizing other tasks instead of handling returns. This will allow me to concentrate on...

  • delivering high-quality pom'd pieces
  • fulfilling current orders promptly
  • creating custom orders
  • responding to pom'd inquiries

Request for repairs/replacement - if after 14days of receiving your pom'd piece something breaks or an element goes missing feel free to reach out. We can discuss options to get your piece repaired or possibly replaced. Please note that the fee associated will be based on what is needed for your particular piece.
